What’s Included in TestRail Enterprise
SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On
Enjoy streamlined user account management with SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On. Integrate TestRail Enterprise with your preferred SSO identity provider (IDP) such as Okta or OneLogin, using the SAML 2.0 protocol. Once configured, TestRail SSO will automatically authenticate new users that have been authorized to use TestRail in the IDP.
With SSO, everyone gets back a little bit of their day. Users simply log on once with the SSO provider and get on with their work in any authorized application. And administrators no longer need to concern themselves with the day-to-day management of users in TestRail. For more information, refer to the TestRail Administration Guide.
Enhanced API performance
TestRail standard edition enables API calls at a rate of up to 180 requests per minute. As a TestRail Enterprise customer, you’ll benefit from optimized architecture that supports throughput of up to 300 requests per minute. This enables faster test framework integration and improved synchronization of tests and results.
Audit log
Improve security and accountability with an audit log of changes to your TestRail instance. From projects to test cases, with TestRail Enterprise, it’s possible to monitor and trace every change either from within TestRail or externally using your preferred monitoring solution. Easily view and filter logs, specify logging levels, and set retention policies. Learn more in the TestRail documentation.
Configurable back-up time and on-demand restoration
This TestRail Enterprise feature provides TestRail Cloud instances the ability to configure backup times or launch a full restore at the push of a button. Use the administration console to specify your Preferred Backup Time window for your daily backup, minimizing the potential for disruption to your team during the backup process. See when the last backup was completed and if necessary, restore the last backup taken, overwriting any subsequent changes. Instructions for configuring backup times and initiating a restore can be found in the TestRail documentation. (note: server admins already have the ability to manage the backup time and perform on-demand restoration on their own server; so this feature isn’t applicable for TestRail Server instances.)
Priority support
Our enterprise-level service option includes unlimited technical support. Submit your request to the enterprise support email box, and get your questions answered quickly with a guaranteed response time within one business day, (Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM CST). Enterprise-level service includes scheduled remote sessions and screen sharing with senior support engineers for escalated issues.
